My experience wasn’t only about the interview content—it was the scheduling and communication that made everything feel rough.

One part of the process felt poorly organized and unclear from the start. When I was given a group-dynamics time slot, I was told only certain days were available, even though I later learned other participants were offered more flexibility. The uncertainty kept repeating, and even the panel with managers felt disorderly: dates were pushed back multiple times, and I only received the presentation proposal a few days before, which was especially stressful with exams coming up.

The entire process also left me with no clear sense of what they were actually hiring for—there was no transparency
