My process started with a recruiter-style conversation where they laid out what the company and the team were working on, plus how the hiring process would run and what they were looking for.

Then I moved into two technical rounds. Those interviews felt average in difficulty overall, and they stayed tied to my background—coding and technical discussion in the first technical round, and then a more manager-facing discussion about projects with a technical angle that included microcontrollers.

After the technical rounds, I had a managerial discussion and then an HR conversation. The interviews themselves were friendly and communicative, and I got the sense they wanted to see how I understood my solutions, especially by analyzing what I built and why it made sense.
