Milwaukee, WIPosted Sep 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I first met a Rockwell employee representative at a career fair, and that connection led to an on-campus interview.

The initial interview was fairly basic HR-style questions, and then I moved to the final interview with my former boss.

The final conversation was more informal and focused on the position itself and the qualities I could bring. My former boss wanted to understand my customer service skills and how I handled difficult situations.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall tone felt more casual and people-focused than heavily technical.
