My interview started with a timed split that made the format feel very deliberate.

I had about 40 minutes focused on technical questions, and then the remaining 20 minutes shifted to an HR portion.

At the beginning, each participant gave a short self-brief, and then the conversation moved into questions in a structured back-and-forth. The HR side looked for the human side of how I’d communicate, while the technical section stayed concentrated on the job-relevant questions.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process felt straightforward and contained. What stayed with me was how quickly the interview moved from introductions into the two-track format.
