Rockwell Automation Software Engineer interview experience

Questions were straightforward and focused on common modern backend topics, including Spring Boot, microservices, MongoDB, and AWS.

I stayed engaged the whole time because nothing felt like a trick question, and the interviewer’s approach made it easy to give clear answers. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience itself stayed positive and easygoing, and I left feeling like I hadn’t been forced into hard tradeoffs.
