I started with Skype and phone calls, but the connection quality wasn’t great, so I ended up switching to a face-to-face interview.

During the in-person day, I was taken to the shop floor area and walked through the systems and how everything worked.

That part felt familiar to me, which made the transition into the interview environment much easier. Instead of only talking about theory, they showed the real setup and discussed it in a way that clicked.

I didn’t get an offer, but the process felt engaging and much more hands-on than I expected.
