I applied online and then heard back from HR within a few weeks to do a phone screen.

After that, I was invited to a video interview where I answered questions to a camera without a real person on the other side.

Following the video step, I went onsite for a panel interview with five people. The format made the process feel like it was filtering for both communication and technical relevance.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the structure—from HR screen to video to a full five-person onsite—made the selection process feel intentional, even if I ultimately didn’t move forward.
