My interview journey started with a sequence of testing that was heavier than what I’d done elsewhere.

After a translation test, I went into additional evaluation: a localization test and then a game QA test. After those written and role-specific steps, I had face-to-face interviews that included HR, my assigned team leader, and a localization team leader.

What stood out was that it moved quickly after the testing. I received a call from HR within about a week, and I was hired. The difficulty felt high because there were multiple distinct assessments stacked together, and the process didn’t let me rest between stages.

When it ended, it felt like they’d really looked for the full combination
