I applied through the Rockstar hiring portal and, about a month later, the process felt pretty organized.

The first real step was a Codility programming test in C, followed by a screening call with an acquisition specialist who stayed involved throughout and kept me updated. Replies to my update emails were fast, and that alone made the process feel less stressful.

After that, I moved into a meeting with team members where the technical questions came fast and piled up—lots of technical back-and-forth tied to the role and the programming language being used. Once I passed that stage, I got a final programming test that was mostly straightforward C++ with a few moments that required more care.
