Detroit, MIPosted May 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was two steps.

The first was a phone interview where they asked about me and why I wanted to work there. The second step was a more technical conversation with two software engineers.

During that technical interview, they dug into my projects and past jobs and asked questions that got more detailed about the technologies I’d used. It didn’t feel like surface-level prompts—they were clearly trying to figure out my experience level by going deeper into how I’d worked and what I’d actually done.
