I went in expecting a normal second-round call, but the experience turned into a huge waste of time.

After I made it through the first round, they set up a call within a week. Then they rescheduled right before start time—about three minutes before.

When I joined the rescheduled video call, nobody else showed up. I waited around 15 to 18 minutes, and nothing changed. The whole thing felt careless, like I was left hanging through no fault of my own. By the end, it was hard not to conclude it wasn’t a process I wanted to be part of.
