My process felt smooth and well organized from the start.

I went through phone interviews, then technical assessments, and then panel discussions. The interviewers were approachable and made the environment feel supportive, which helped the whole thing stay comfortable instead of stressful.

The overall flow seemed designed to be professional and positive rather than adversarial. Technical questions still showed up in the mix, but the way it was run made it easier to stay focused and present my background clearly. I ended the process feeling like I understood what they were looking for, and that I had a fair chance to demonstrate my fit for the role
