My first step started with a group session where the recruiter explained who they were and I joined an exercise as part of the group format.

After that, I was pulled into an individual interview where I completed an online technical test immediately in the moment.

The technical stage came right after the group part, so the process felt fairly tightly paced. I didn’t proceed further beyond that stage, and the experience left me with the sense that they were quickly sorting for both collaboration-in-group and baseline technical readiness.
