San Jose, CAPosted Apr 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

A recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn and got everything scheduled pretty smoothly.

The first round was a technical interview focused on Android, and I remember setting up for it was easy.

Once the interview started, though, it didn’t feel well run. The interviewer didn’t really explain the question clearly, and there wasn’t much help or even much back-and-forth once I got going. There were long stretches where they barely spoke, and the lack of guidance made it hard to know what level of detail they wanted or how I was tracking.

Overall it was an Android-focused technical screen, but the communication was the biggest issue for me—and it left me feeling pretty uncertain
