San Francisco, CAPosted Oct 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ended up in a process that moved fast and felt tightly run on the recruiting side.

I had a recruiter screen, then another conversation with a teammate, and then a take-home case study came in before the final stretch. After that, I did multiple rounds of virtual interviews.

I remember being surprised by how much the recruiter prepared me for what was coming. I signed an NDA, so I can’t share the specific case details, but the process felt like it had a clear shape: product sense and PM-style discussions leading into work that required execution thinking. The questions weren’t about trick answers—they were about how I structured my thinking and how I communicated it.
