After reaching the assessment stage, my experience leaned heavily toward analytics workflows.

One round had me walk through a churn-rate prediction scenario end-to-end: starting from how I’d obtain the data, then thinking through model selection and the reasoning behind each step. Another part asked me to analyze an A/B test, and I remember the emphasis being on getting the experiment details right rather than waving my hands about the concept.

Earlier in the process I also did a technical interview with a senior data engineer that was more guided: it included Python and two SQL questions, and the interviewer was genuinely nice, offering hints and clear instructions when I got stuck.
