Robert Half Accountant interview experience

The interviews were on time, and the focus stayed anchored to the job description. We talked through short-term and long-term goals, and a lot of the discussion centered on strengths and weaknesses.

They also probed soft skills and asked about technical knowledge with pretty in-depth questioning. The overall experience was thorough without feeling chaotic, and I left with the sense that they really wanted to understand how I’d work in the role, not just whether I had the right title on my resume.
