After a recruiter reached out, I went through a quick series of phone and Teams screens with people at different levels.

The vibe felt pretty laid back, but the process moved fast—once I cleared one step, I was typically moved along to the next interview pretty quickly.

What stood out most was that there was an assessment test I had to complete. After I scored well, they moved me forward to an interview and then presented me to the client. It also came with clear context around placement: the roles could end up being contract-to-hire or short-term, and I remember being told to confirm the exact arrangement directly with the recruiter or agent.
