I had an early-stage, people-focused interview experience that centered on my CV path and motivation, with an international, structured feel.

CV/life-stations and motivation — I discussed the different steps on my resume and what motivated each move, then the role, organization/project context, requirements, and company values were presented.
Online group interview — I joined an online session with multiple candidates and interviewers from different locations; the interview language was English and questions were handled turn-by-turn. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the main takeaway was that the process emphasized context, communication, and motivation.
