I started with a recruiter phone screen, and after that I had an interview with a manager.

The whole process felt fairly straightforward, but I could tell it was structured and not a casual conversation—there was a clear sense that each step was a gate.

After I got through those early rounds, I was scheduled for the final stage on a Saturday: two interviews back to back. By the time I reached the last day, it felt like the momentum really picked up, and the pressure was higher because everything was condensed into those final sessions. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and the difficulty level matched the feeling that they were looking for very specific alignment by the end.
