San Jose, CAPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

During the interview, the interviewer seemed rushed, and the energy of the room turned tense.

What really affected me was how often the same topics came back up repeatedly. Instead of helping me demonstrate my thinking from start to finish, it made me more anxious and pulled my focus away from putting my best work forward.

I walked away feeling like I hadn’t fully shown what I could do, and that mismatch stuck with me. I didn’t get an offer, and the overall impression was that the interview dynamic—especially the repeated questioning under pressure—ended up working against me.
