My experience was defined by poor scheduling and a lack of alignment on what was supposed to happen next.

I started with a recruiter screen and moved toward meeting the hiring manager and then a panel interview, but I had to chase the recruiter for about two weeks just to get the second interview scheduled. Even after that, the panel interview was canceled unexpectedly, and I ended up following up repeatedly only to be told it wouldn’t be rescheduled.
