The first stage was an online interview where I answered questions that were related to the role.

There were about five prompts, and I understood that they were using that to choose who would move on to the second round.

The second interview was also online, and it was with one senior person and one manager. That setup made it feel like the follow-up stage was slightly more serious and more interactive than the initial screening.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest takeaway was that the first online stage carried a lot of weight in deciding whether I’d proceed.
