Resmed Software Engineer interview experience

In the technical interview(s), the focus felt grounded in skills and technical knowledge, and it didn’t come off as overly theatrical—more like checking whether I could do the work.

The HR business partner interview shifted the angle toward growth potential and asked about my prior experiences. It felt more reflective than technical, and that balance made the flow feel complete.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the interviews themselves felt fair in how they evaluated different dimensions—technical ability and how I’ve grown through past experiences.
