I found out about the role through HR on LinkedIn, then started with an initial pre-screening call.

After that, I moved into the technical assessment, which didn’t feel overly difficult.

The part that became frustrating was communication. I couldn’t get in touch with HR for about a week and a half because she was out of office, and I kept checking in after that. I tried reaching out consistently, and eventually I received a rejection.

What lingered was the gap between finishing my stage and getting an answer—everything else felt orderly, but the follow-up period turned into a long wait with no clear feedback while I was trying to close the loop.
