I was surprised at how short and easy the interview process felt for what was described as a senior role.

It was essentially a two-round sequence, and I received a verbal offer shortly after.

What took longer was everything after the verbal offer. There was close to a two-month wait before the offer was fully approved and finalized on paper. Even during that delay, HR kept communication going with weekly updates, which helped reduce uncertainty.

Eventually, I did get the offer. The interview part itself was pleasantly quick, and the handling afterward—regular communication—made the longer wait feel manageable.
