CanadaPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview started with a one-way video component and then moved into a live team meeting with two senior developers from platform engineering.

The overall process felt really nice, and I enjoyed the conversation a lot.

The technical discussion didn’t feel antagonistic; it felt collaborative, and I left with the impression that I communicated my thinking clearly. Even though I felt I did well, the decision still went against me.

Difficulty felt easy, and I didn’t receive an offer. The part I carried forward was simply that I enjoyed how the interview played out, even if the outcome wasn’t positive.
