I interviewed for Security Engineer and found the process unusually long and repetitive, with weak coordination between interviewers.

Multiple virtual interviews — There were five interviews conducted virtually that dragged out from early January to late March.
Repetitive questioning — I experienced the same types of questions repeated by different people, suggesting little handoff between stages.
Format inconsistency — Several interviewers seemed to be reading from prepared prompts, which made it feel less tailored.
Outcome: Not selected; the takeaway was that the timeline and communication problems were as frustrating as the lack of progression.
