I experienced a more welcoming, positive process with both technical and personal questions, where the atmosphere made it easier to perform.

First interview — I was asked directly about security topics and then also shifted into learning about me and my work style.
Follow-on calls — I continued through additional discussion that blended job-relevant questions with personal fit.
Technical + personal pairing — I was evaluated on how I handled both the craft and how I approached situations as a colleague. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and my takeaway was that I performed best when I stayed calm and explained my reasoning clearly.
