Long Beach, CAPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was contacted by a hiring manager first, and then my process moved through two phone screens followed by an on-site interview that included a presentation to a panel and then a series of one-on-one interviews.

The questions were anchored in my examples and core concepts, including some topics that felt uncommon compared to what I’d expected to hear.

There were details about their shifting approach, including how priorities related to differentiators had changed, and it painted a picture of an ambitious company with strong marketing and a lot of raised investment. I also walked away with concerns about finances based on the sense of cash burn, even though the technical work sounded real.
