I applied and got a recruiter email within a few days to schedule a video interview.

On the day of the call, I signed in early, but the recruiter never joined. I waited about 20 minutes, then I reached out asking if we were still on, and I didn’t hear back.

The next day I emailed again to ask what happened and still got no response. The whole situation felt extremely unprofessional and it made the process end before it even really started for me. I never received an offer, and my reflection was that I’d rather have a clear cancellation than be left hanging with no communication.
