I went through a process that included a spoken interview and then a separate evaluation centered on a technology presentation.

The format required me to prepare a specific topic ahead of time and present it in front of a panel. It felt more like a test of how I communicated technical ideas than a coding challenge.

Before that presentation stage, I’d already had conversations that were more about fit and understanding my experience. Once the panel interview started, it became more structured and formal: a jury-like group setting, with multiple people from different parts of the org participating and asking about my background and experiences.

After finishing the final step, I had a long wait with no clear update.
