Recro Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Medium

Negative

BengaluruPosted Aug 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview itself felt smooth, and I got decent technical questions throughout.

The overall atmosphere during the calls was good, and the questions were genuinely technical.

Where things turned negative was the recruiter behavior after the interview. I kept asking for feedback, and there was no reply, not even from the head recruiter. That lack of response made the end of the process feel unethical and disrespectful to the time I’d invested.

I didn’t get an offer, and the lasting impression was that even when the interview goes well, the post-interview handling matters a lot.
