I completed a test on HackerEarth first, and after submitting it I didn’t hear back right away.

When I followed up, I was told I cleared the test but that they would schedule an interview a month before my joining date.

When the interview finally got scheduled, I asked to avoid Google Meet and requested Zoom or another platform because Google Meet wouldn’t work for me. They said the interview would have to be on Google Meet only, otherwise they would drop my candidature.

I didn’t get an offer. What left me with the strongest impression was how rigid the scheduling requirement became, especially after I had already cleared the initial test.
