Recro Software Engineer interview experience

IndiaPosted Jan 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I did a coding assessment for one of their clients, and once I passed it I moved into two technical interviews.

The coding questions felt like a medium level, and the structure made sense as a progression.

What didn’t make sense was what happened afterward: after clearing both technical interviews, they never came back to me. I kept waiting for next steps and outcome communication, but it just didn’t happen.

I didn’t get an offer. The overall feeling was that time was wasted because the process ended without a decision or even basic closure.
