My interview started with a coding-focused portion, and the rest of the questions were centered on Java.

They asked about Java 8 topics like exception handling and multi-threading, then moved into Spring Boot and microservices.

The interview also included questions tied to my projects and deeper questions around REST API implementation and web services. I remember being asked about breaking the singleton pattern as part of the technical portion.

I didn’t get an offer, but it felt like a complete coverage of backend concepts rather than something narrow.
