Realtor Software Engineer interview experience

Later, I scheduled a video interview with the hiring manager, reviewed my resume with them, and discussed my past experience and the company’s culture. That conversation went well.

After that, I received a coding assignment that was actually pretty easy. I submitted it and expected a decision, but I got an auto-reject email afterward. I never had a clear explanation for what went wrong.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the auto-reject was the part that felt most confusing and frustrating—because the earlier interviews had gone positively.
