I had a phone interview with a senior engineer that lasted around 45 minutes, though it ran long because we kept talking at the end.

The onsite portion had a more intensive feel: four interviews with software engineers, including an on-site 1-on-1 setup and then a final interview with a director.

One of the interviews was remote, and out of the four software engineers, two were nice and pleasant while the other two weren’t very enjoyable to interact with. That mix affected how the onsite day felt more than the technical content.

The difficulty was marked difficult overall, and I didn’t receive an offer. What I remember most was the inconsistency in interpersonal tone across the different interviewers.
