Realtor Software Engineer interview experience

That first conversation didn’t feel particularly engaged—she seemed least interested in what I had to say. She told me she would follow up in a week, but the promised timeline never happened.

I reached out again because nothing came through, and still there was no word. It felt unprofessional and like I was being left hanging without any closure.

I never got to the next stage and didn’t receive an offer. The interview itself wasn’t complicated technically—it was the communication that made the experience negative.
