Realtor Software Engineer interview experience

They gave me two code challenges during the interview, but the rest of the time leaned heavily into a deep dive on my resume.

Multiple interviewers were involved, and it seemed like they all followed the same structure: a brief introduction, some behavioral questions, and then a focus on web technology topics.

I didn’t receive an offer. The difficulty felt average, and the bigger takeaway was that they used both coding and resume walkthroughs to judge fit.
