My interview process happened through a Zoom call, and it was mostly a conversation rather than a test.

We talked about my personal projects and focused on what I worked on, along with my previous work experience.

They asked specifically about how I used programming to automate tasks from a prior job. The tone felt conversational and focused on real-world application instead of live coding.

I didn’t receive an offer, but it wasn’t because I felt blindsided. The main thing I noticed was that the interview leaned toward story and impact more than technical implementation details.
