My interview process didn’t require extra homework or cold-call role play, which I really noticed.

It was pretty straight forward from the start: first a phone screen with the recruiter, then interviews with SDR managers, and finally a VP round.

The structure felt efficient, and it mostly stayed focused on normal conversations and evaluation rather than forcing me into simulations.

I didn’t get an offer, but the whole thing felt low-friction. My reflection was that I appreciated the lack of added assignments because it kept the emphasis on the actual interview and fit.
