I applied through LinkedIn for a QA automation role, and the process was surprisingly fast—just two days.

On the first day, there was a telephonic discussion with the recruiter where we talked about my profile and the company profile.

On the second day, I had two technical interviews, one managerial interview, and then an HR discussion. The pace was intense, but it was also clear what they were evaluating at each stage, and I ended up getting an offer on the same day as the final rounds.

Difficulty was average, and overall it felt smooth and efficient. I did end up with an offer, and the best part for me was how quickly the evaluation moved from screening to on-the-spot decision.
