The interview process felt unusually long compared to other experiences I’d had.

I ended up with five interviews total, and what made it feel drawn out was how many times I had to return just to speak with the manager and the group and confirm I would fit in.

Despite the length, it was clear they were trying to validate alignment multiple ways and make sure I matched the team dynamics. The repeated touchpoints made it feel like ongoing evaluation rather than a single session that wrapped everything up.

By the end, I wasn’t confused about their focus, but the time and repetition were definitely what dominated my memory of the process.
