The interview felt fairly average overall and stayed mostly centered on my past experiences and how they matched the role.

It started with a phone interview, then moved to a Zoom session for the second step.

I also learned that the position was closest to an operations analyst, which helped contextualize why the questions didn’t feel as narrowly business-analysis-specific as I expected. The format itself was simple and didn’t feel overly complicated, but the questions were still pretty general.

I left with the sense that it was more about matching experience to the role’s broad shape than digging deeply into BA-style problem solving.
