My first step was a coding round where the questions were moderate in difficulty.

After I finished that, the next stage was an HR round.

In the HR conversation, the questions were simpler and much more about me as a person and how I communicate. I was asked to introduce myself, and then I got situational questions—scenarios meant to see how I’d respond in the moment.

The whole process felt average overall. I didn’t get an offer, but it also didn’t feel overly technical during the HR portion, so it was easy to separate the skills they were checking at each stage.
