For the QA Engineer I role, I had two rounds of interviews and the whole process was really quick.

The first round was completely technical, and the second round blended managerial discussion with technical topics.

The technical-heavy first stage set the tone early, and then the second round shifted into a mix of how I worked through problems and how I thought about the work in a broader sense. Even with the short timeline, the structure was clear enough that I knew where I stood at each step.

I didn’t get an offer, but I came away feeling like they evaluated me across both coding/testing fundamentals and the way I’d operate day to day. The speed was the biggest memorable part.
