I interviewed at RealPage for a Ruby on Rails role in Hyderabad, and the process felt intense right from the start.

It ran through four rounds: a technical interview, an online test for Ruby 1.9 and Ruby on Rails 3.0, then a managerial round with an architect, and finally an HR discussion.

Visually, the premises were impressive, and I even ended up sharing seating with technical experts during the process, which added to the feeling that I was being evaluated by people who really do the work. The questions covered a wide range, and it felt like they were actively trying to see how far I could go across different angles. Honestly, it was tough, but I enjoyed the whole journey until the end.
