Realpage Software Engineer interview experience

I started with a technical interview, then moved into a managerial round, and the final step was with the director. HR would have been a salary discussion afterward only if everything had gone well.

Across the technical and manager discussions, the questions stayed fairly focused—there were in-depth topics tied to projects from my background, and I also got asked about design patterns. It didn’t feel like a chaotic gauntlet, just a straightforward progression through technical depth, then a higher-level leadership conversation.
