I had an initial, easy recruiter step and then moved into an interview with two managers.

The managers used situational questions, and honestly it felt a little overkill for an entry-level sales setting, but it still wasn’t unbearable.

A lot of the structure leaned on STAR-style answers and talking through experience in a clear framework. It felt like they wanted confidence and clarity more than creativity.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience stayed in the “fairly easy” lane for me. My reflection was that the questions may have been more intense than the level implied, yet the setup was still straightforward.
